How to develop Habit of Reading books

Books are truly your best friends since they can be relied on when you are bored, unhappy, depressed, lonely, or irritated. They will be there for you whenever you need them and will brighten your day. They are always willing to share information and knowledge with you. Good books will always point you in the right direction in life.
Reading aids in the development of optimistic thinking. Reading is beneficial since it expands your mind and provides you with a wealth of information and life lessons. It allows you to gain a deeper understanding of the world around you. It stimulates your creativity and keeps your mind engaged.
Starting your day by reading at least 20 pages in the morning is a smart suggestion, even if it means getting up an hour earlier. After resting, your mind is clear and your body is calm in the morning, making it the ideal time to invest in yourself. Remember that most behaviours that have a significant impact on your life never seemed urgent, despite their importance, so start small to make big changes.
Take a book with you wherever you go. I always make sure I have my driver’s licence, keys, and a book with me when I leave the house. Unless I know I won’t be reading, I keep the book in my car and take it to the office, appointments, and pretty much wherever else I go (like at a movie). If you find yourself waiting (for example, at a doctor’s office or the DMV), get out your book and read. It’s a fantastic way to pass the time.
